RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is valid for 15 days, to benefit from it you must return the products to us within 15 days. After these 15 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. 

To be able to benefit from a return, the products must be returned to their original and complete state (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) to allow a return to sale by the company. In the event of receipt of open, used, incomplete, damaged or salis products, the company will not make any refund and may even, if it deems it necessary and adequate, engage the customer's responsibility for depreciation of the product. 

Some types of consumable products cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, dangerous products or gas or flammable liquids.

Other articles that cannot be returned

* Personal articles that may have a hygienic risk.
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Some health and personal care products

There are certain situations where reimbursement can be refused.

* Any article with obvious signs of use.
* Any article which is not in its original state, which is damaged or which presents certain missing documents for reasons which are not due to an error on our part.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the article returned, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or to your original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please consult your bank account again.
Then, contact the entity issuing your credit card, as there could be a delay before your refund is officially displayed.
Then contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing period before a refund is displayed.
If after having done all these steps, you have still not received your refund, please contact us at contact@smartfeet.fr.


Shipping
To return a product, please contact us by email to contact@smartfeet.fr We will give you a return address. 

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are sending an item more than € 20, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to follow the shipment or subscribe to delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the article you turn to us.
